About Me Hello beautiful, and welcome! My name is Shalonda Reddie, and I am a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Makeup Artist with over 5 years of professional experience in the beauty industry. I am licensed in both California and Nevada, specializing in results-driven skincare, full body waxing, intimate care treatments, and beauty services designed to help every client feel confident, polished, and cared for. I am proudly based in Inglewood, California, and also travel to Las Vegas monthly to continue servicing my loyal clients who maintain consistent waxing and self-care routines with me. Building long-term relationships with my clients is one of my favorite parts of what I do, and I take pride in creating a comfortable, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who books with me. My goal is to provide more than just a beauty service — I want every appointment to feel relaxing, personalized, and empowering. Cancellation Policy
Late Policy
To ensure all clients receive the best experience and appointments stay on schedule, a 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining appointment time. Late arrivals will also be subject to a $20 late fee. Any late arrival after 15mins will be cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, or no-shows , will be considered a missed appointment. Retainer fee will be void and will not go towards next appointment, a new deposit will need to be made. There will also be a 25% fee of total service cost for missed appointments so please cancel accordingly.
